Is Lotus Plant Care really free?

Yes! The app is completely free with no ads, no in-app purchases, and no hidden fees.

Do I need to create an account?

No! You can use the app in Guest Mode to try it out without creating an account. Create an account to save your plants long-term and sync across devices.

What data do you collect?

We collect your email, name (if you create an account), plant photos you upload, and care logs you create. We do NOT collect your location, contacts, or browsing history. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Can I delete my data?

Absolutely! You can delete individual plants, or delete your entire account at any time. See our Data Deletion Guide for instructions.

Is my data secure?

Yes! All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS), stored securely on Supabase servers, and protected by Row Level Security to ensure you can only access YOUR data.

Do you support Arabic?

Yes! Lotus Plant Care has full Arabic (العربية) support with proper Right-to-Left (RTL) layout.

How accurate is plant identification?

Plant identification is provided by PlantNet's AI with 70-95% accuracy. For critical decisions (like edibility or toxicity), always verify with a professional botanist.
